100 yard open water Swim
4 mile Bike
1 mile Run
Athletes will start off with a 100 yard swim in a man made ski lake, then two loops total 4 miles on the bike on primarily grass and finish with a 1 mile run.
Early packet pick up and registration will be at the Obedience center near the start Friday from 4-6 pm. Packet pick up will open Saturday morning at 7am, transition will open at 9 am Saturday.Race starts at 10am.

From I-24
Take Broad street exit south
Turn left on Tennessee Ave
Turn left on St Elmo ave
Follow St Elmo ave to the Georgia line
Road becomes Hwy 193 continue south
After you pass Battlefield Pkwy you are 1 mile away
Turn right into the park
